Welcome to our Moluccan Rusa Hunts — your gateway to an exclusive 80,000-acre hunting property in far North Queensland.
Your journey begins with a flight into Cairns, where our team will meet you at the airport before a comfortable 4-hour drive to our remote private hunting grounds.
Access throughout the property is primarily via a 79 Series Landcruiser Ute, allowing hunters to move safely and efficiently across the terrain while reducing physical strain.
Whether you’re a seasoned hunter or new to the sport, we cater for all experience levels, fitness abilities, and mobility requirements, delivering a professionally guided and unforgettable hunt.
Located in Far North Queensland, our accommodation is the original station owner’s homestead, offering an authentic outback experience.
This unique dwelling is designed for the tropics, with no doors or windows, allowing for exceptional natural airflow during hot summer days. Timber planks are used at ground level to help keep cane toads at bay, staying true to traditional station living.
The homestead is situated within 100 meters of a stunning 320-acre freshwater lake, home to abundant birdlife, several species of fish, red claw yabbies, cherapin, and a healthy population of freshwater crocodiles.
Shared bathroom facilities provide a practical and comfortable base during your stay, complementing the rustic charm of the homestead.
